Bruce Bamber is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Bruce has completed a BACP accredited Advanced Diploma course in Systemic Relational Integrative Counselling.  He has been practicing since 2002 and works to the BACP Code of Ethics.

"I believe that the key to achieving meaningful change in a person’s life lies in working with the relationships that a person has both within and outside the counselling room. Often the important formative relationships from a client’s past are replayed in the adult despite these often being inappropriate, and in some cases destructive towards the client and those around them.  Typically counselling would involve exploring these relationships, gaining insights into the reasons a client feels trapped in certain ways of being and acquiring the personal knowledge and confidence to make the choices that facilitate individual growth and fulfilment."
